Parla AI (the "App") is developed by DM GRUP 2019 D.O.O.. Your privacy is our absolute priority. This document explains how we handle your information in our AI-powered skin analysis application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide personalized skin analysis and recommendations, the App collects the following information when you create an account:

• Name and email address – used to create and identify your account.
• Skin type and skin concerns – provided by you during onboarding and editable at any time in your profile.
• Photos you submit for analysis – captured via your camera or selected from your photo library. These images are processed to generate your skin analysis report.
• Analysis history – results and recommendations from your past analyses, stored securely to allow you to track your skin's progress over time.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to deliver the features of the App:

• To generate AI-powered skin analysis reports tailored to your profile.
• To display your scan history and track improvements over time.
• To power the in-app AI assistant (chat) with context relevant to your skin goals.
• To maintain and sync your account across devices.

We do not use your personal data or photos for advertising purposes.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to submit a photo for skin analysis. This access is used only when you explicitly initiate a scan. Photos are processed by our AI model and are not shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than generating your analysis result.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data and analysis history are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud platform that employs industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is strictly limited to your authenticated account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

5. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the App by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal information, analysis history, and account data are permanently removed from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore) – for secure account management and data storage. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• OpenRouter / AI Model Providers – your submitted photo and skin profile are sent to an AI model to generate analysis results. No personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the analysis is transmitted.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
