Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about GONCIK VPN's honest access model, 1 Gbit line speed, and proprietary technology.

Is GONCIK VPN really free? Is there a limit?
Yes, you can use GONCIK VPN completely free forever! When you connect, you receive 30 minutes of free high-speed VPN. You can add +30 minutes at any time by watching a quick reward ad, keeping your connection active without any disconnects all day long. For users who prefer zero ads, continuous 24/7 connection, and no need to extend time, we offer a 7-day free trial and unmetered Premium VIP plans.
Which VPN technology and protocol do you use?
Instead of off-the-shelf third-party protocols, we deploy our proprietary in-house GONCIK VPN tunneling technology. Hardened with 256-bit military encryption, it bypasses network firewalls and delivers full 1 Gbit speeds.
Do you keep any logs or browsing history?
Absolutely not. Our RAM-only servers physically cannot store logs. No browsing data or IP addresses are ever saved.
Is it suitable for 4K video and online gaming?
Yes! With 1 Gbit dedicated bandwidth and ultra-low ping, you enjoy stutter-free 4K video and responsive gaming.
How does it protect me on public Wi-Fi networks?
In airports and cafes, it routes all your traffic through our encrypted tunnel, shielding passwords and sensitive data from hackers.
